Several well-functioning schools and daycare centers are situated near Brænderigården. The train and bus stations are about 800 meters away.

As for specific criteria, the youth apartment is primarily intended for young people pursuing education, but if there are no eligible applicants on the waiting list, other young individuals may also qualify.
