I am an artist, psychotherapist, and photographer seeking a mature female roommate who will take good care of my apartment, as I spend a considerable amount of time away, either at my summer cabin or traveling. The available room is offered for roughly one year. Ideally, the new tenant would have daytime working hours since I usually work in the evenings, allowing us both to enjoy more personal space at different times. The room is modest in size but furnished with a bed and a desk, and you will have access to a large cabinet in the hallway. Because I am often away, you will frequently have the apartment mostly to yourself.

I value cleanliness but am not overly strict-my personality is open-minded and relaxed. While I am not seeking constant companionship, I do enjoy occasional conversation and respect the need for privacy and closed doors. It's important to note that I have an English Bullterrier dog who resides in the apartment when I am there. She is very friendly and will likely become your close companion, so it is essential that you love dogs and feel comfortable around them.

The rent covers internet, heating, water, and electricity, though due to current global circumstances, I prefer someone conscious of energy consumption and willing to help minimize usage. The apartment is situated in a favorable location in the city, and should we come to an agreement, you will have this space largely to yourself.
