Please note that due to a major renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This suspension results in extended waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all departments in the housing association. Whenever vacant units become available that are not linked to the relocation process, these will be rented out in the usual manner.

Sønderpark is vibrant with community activities, reflected especially through the department's active club life. A wide range of events and gatherings take place within the residential area itself.

Many different social groups exist in Ringsted, providing numerous options for residents of the housing association to engage with.

Tenants of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have access to Community Guides, who assist in navigating the various groups available. They help identify those that correspond best to individual interests and needs, and which are situated near one's home. Residents are always encouraged to send a text message or call the guides when seeking advice or support in starting an activity or forming a community group.
