You will have exclusive use of a private bedroom along with a bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a combined washer-dryer unit.

Additional amenities include access to a rooftop terrace offering views across Odense, as well as parking options in the underground garage, complemented by 24-hour guest parking located just outside the building.

Tenants are expected to keep the apartment in good condition and comply with established guidelines for the use of the premises and communal spaces, while also adhering to all regulations set forth by the housing association.

The rent excludes utility expenses such as electricity, water, and heating.
