There is also a balcony ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. For convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are installed, helping us manage daily life smoothly.

The available room measures 20 square meters and is offered unfurnished. The lease runs from July 1st, 2026, to July 1st, 2027, with a possibility to extend if the arrangement works well. The monthly rent amounts to 8,000 DKK, which covers all expenses. A deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required.
