The youth housing units located at 78-53 Fruelundsvej in Ringe are part of Housing Association FYN, Department 53. These accommodations consist primarily of single-story row houses, each featuring shared entrance halls equipped with wardrobe lockers and separate main entrances serving two apartments. An additional component of Fruelundsvej is Building E, a historic two-story former poorhouse containing seven larger units spread over both floors. Each dwelling comprises one room with a kitchenette fitted with a fridge-freezer, separate hotplates, and an extractor hood. Bathrooms are spacious with vinyl flooring, and those in units E6 and E7 include windows.

Surrounding these residences are pleasant green spaces ideal for socializing outdoors, as well as a communal locked bicycle storage facility. Residents are permitted to keep small pets such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits; however, reptiles and other exotic animals are not allowed. Tenancy is permitted for the duration of the studies, with a mandatory move-out occurring within three months after completing education.
