About the apartment
It is a two-room apartment with one bedroom and one living room, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen (with gas stove) and has a balcony that face the inner yard.
The living room is painted in a cheerful yellow colour to spread good vibes and has a door towards the large balcony with morning sun. There is a large couch that can be used for sleeping if the bed is occupied. There is table-and-chairs for 4 people but with the small balcony table and a mix of chairs from the balcony and kitchen, you might fit up to 9 people (maybe a few more if you start getting creative). There is a wine fridge if you care about that sort of thing and it is located conveniently under the table, so you don’t have to move far.
The bedroom is facing the quiet street (it is blocked in one end, so no cars are passing by). The bed is raised, and we have a deep aqua wall for calm and restful sleep. There is storage space underneath the bed if you would like to store something. There are bedsheets, towels and the like for you to use. If you are going to live here with a baby or toddler, we can leave some practical things (like a changing table). Otherwise, we will store those things away.
The bathroom is quite small (Copenhagen-style) and you would be able to shower while sitting on the toilet, but you could as well just stand up next to it, which is what we recommend.
The kitchen has what you need for cooking, gas stove, a foldable chair and flip-table for a glass of wine and snacks while you are cooking, waste sorting outside the door to the yard and a washing machine.

The amenities are included in the rent, so you can enjoy gas, heating, water, electricity and internet without additional cost.

It is on the 3th floor, and no elevator to provide you with free daily exercise. If you are a smoker, please take this habit outside. Also, pets are not allowed, but plants are. There are already a few and if you have some, you can take them with you.
