An ambitious comprehensive renovation plan for the housing complex will commence on November 1, 2024. The level of renovation required varies across the 16 residential buildings, but the master plan broadly includes the conversion and merging of apartments, the construction of accessible housing units, restoration of roofs, facades, and windows, upgrading of installations, installation of ventilation systems, refurbishment of outdoor areas, and possibly the construction of a community house. Completion of this extensive project is not anticipated before early 2028.
