The living room faces the garden, which gives the room plenty of light and a beautiful, calm feeling of being in the middle of nature, although the house is 100m from the city centre. Additional basement with washing machine (no dryer).

The house is heated via district heating, and there's a wood-burning stove in the living room. There's a charging station for electric cars in the driveway (type 2).

The garden is large and wild with old fruit trees, bushes, raised beds, wooden deck and a large lawn. For the kids, there's a slide, swing, sandpit and playhouse.
