The youth housing units located at 78-53 Fruelundsvej are part of Housing Association Fyn, Department 53, and are situated centrally in the town of Ringe. These residences comprise single-story row houses with shared entrances featuring cloakrooms and a separate main door that provides access to two individual units. Additionally, Fruelundsvej includes Building E, an older, two-story former poorhouse containing apartments on both floors. This building accommodates seven larger units compared to the surrounding residences. Each apartment consists of one room with a kitchenette equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, separate cooking plates, and an exhaust hood. The bathrooms are spacious and have vinyl flooring. Specifically, the bathrooms in units E6 and E7 feature windows.

Surrounding the housing are attractive green spaces designed for socializing with friends. There is also a communal, locked bicycle shed available for residents' use. Small pets such as birds, fish, guinea pigs, and rabbits are permitted, but reptiles or other exotic animals are not allowed. Dogs and cats are generally prohibited, with the exception of one unit without a shared entrance (Fruelundsvej 1E, E3). Special permission for keeping pets can be requested through the service center.

The neighborhood of Ringe offers a balanced blend of urban amenities and natural surroundings. The town features a charming main street with a wide selection of shops, daily grocery stores, and places to eat. Ringe provides an active cultural and sports scene, including a cinema, swimming pool, athletics stadium, and a leisure center. Families find Ringe appealing due to its extensive childcare options, such as a nature kindergarten, along with multiple schools throughout the town. The motorway junction is conveniently close, enabling approximately a 15-minute drive to either Odense or Svendborg. For those without a car, reliable regional train connections from Ringe station serve both destinations.

These youth accommodations are exclusively available to individuals who are admitted to or currently enrolled in an educational program. Residency is permitted throughout the period of study, with the requirement to move out no later than three months following program completion. Placement on the youth housing waiting list is free of charge.
