We are living very centrally in Copenhagen in a townhouse, 5 mins walk from the two very nice green areas: ‘Kongens Have’ and ‘Kastellet’.

We are renting out half of the upper floor to a female student:
2 furnished rooms (one bedroom and one living room) and following rooms which are shared: kitchen, bathroom, hallway with bookcase and room with closets/ cupboards.
You will be sharing the apartment with another female student who is living in the other half of the apartment.

Washing of clothes can be done in the basement where are washing facilities.

Despite the very central location, the neighbourhood is very quiet. However, Sct Paul’s church is very close and you will hear the church bells when they are ringing.

The rental period is up to 1 September 2026, but can be extended if the sharing of the apartment is working well.
