The housing complex comprises a total of twelve apartments, featuring a mix of one-room units designed for students as well as two-, three-, and four-room apartments arranged on a single level. It is important to note that eligibility for the student apartments requires current enrollment in an educational program, with tenancy limited to the duration of the studies. Each unit includes a small private garden and an outdoor storage shed. Installation of appliances such as a washing machine, condenser dryer, and dishwasher is possible within the apartments, provided prior approval is granted. The buildings date back to 1988.
