A room measuring 8 square meters, unfurnished, is available for rent within a 56 square meter apartment which includes a 10 square meter balcony. This opening arises as my current roommate is moving in with their partner. I have a work schedule from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and spend most evenings gaming on the computer, so the living room will generally be available for your use during that time, which is a benefit considering the modest size of the room.

The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there is also a laundry basement available. Additionally, next to our building entrance, there is a home gym facility that we are welcome to use. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find several stores including Netto, Kvickly, Lidl, as well as a FitnessX gym. Bus stops for lines 1A and 11 are situated no more than 5 minutes away on foot.
