Ringsted Boligselskab’s largest division is characterized by a vibrant club culture that enriches the community life.

Please note that due to an extensive renovation project underway at Sønderpark, the waiting list for all properties within the housing association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This suspension has caused longer waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents across all departments must be temporarily relocated. Nevertheless, any available units not tied to relocation needs will continue to be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark itself is lively, boasting a diverse range of club activities and events happening within the residential area. The housing stock consists primarily of apartment buildings situated in a tranquil, park-like environment. Residents can park in the available lots throughout the area and take a short walk to their homes. The neighborhood also benefits from close proximity to Ringsted’s dynamic city center and train station, both just 900 meters away.

Within this division, there is dedicated property management staff on-site and a large, well-equipped shared laundry facility serving residents' needs.

Throughout Ringsted, numerous social groups and communities exist, which residents of the housing association are welcome to join. Those living within Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have access to “Fællesskabsguiderne,” a support service designed to provide guidance in discovering local groups that align with individual interests and needs, located conveniently close to one’s residence. Residents are encouraged to reach out to the Fællesskabsguiderne team via phone or text message whenever advice or assistance is needed in starting new social activities or community groups.
