Quiet Room

I am looking for a tenant who wants to live in a quiet, bright room in a new, nice terraced house in Måløv. Right next to beautiful natural surroundings. From the room there is a view of the forest and the lake. It takes half an hour by S-train to Copenhagen.
Shopping opportunities are close by.

You have access to your own room, shared bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs, as well as shared kitchen and garden. The room is furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.

Rent per month is DKK 4,000. In addition, there are common costs for heating, electricity and water, which are paid on account. You pay a third. The house is new construction so the costs are affordable.
Deposit is two months rent.

I am 41 years old and the mother of Elias at almost 11 years old. We are vegetarians / vegans. We love to have fun, be out in nature, make bonfires, laugh, fool around and talk. I love practicing yoga, dancing and making art. Elias loves everything with electronics, experiences in nature, good talking and gaming. In addition, our beautiful, sweet, cuddly cat Venus lives here.

We are looking for a sweet, warm and positive tenant who is vegetarian or vegan. (Fish is ok).
You are not a smoker, nice to be with and can see yourself living with others 😊😊

We are looking for a tenant as soon as possible. It is possible to agree on an extension of the lease.
International students are very welcome. I speak Danish, English and Spanish.
