The largest division of Ringsted Housing Association boasts a vibrant club life.

Please note that due to extensive renovations planned for Sønderpark, the entire association's waiting list has been suspended starting January 1, 2021. This results in prolonged waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents must be temporarily relocated across all departments within the housing association. Whenever housing units become available that are not connected to these relocation needs, they will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is characterized by a lively atmosphere, which is particularly evident in the area's diverse range of club activities offered within the residential community. The housing units themselves are designed as apartment buildings situated in a quiet, park-like setting. Residents can park their vehicles in one of the designated parking areas and enjoy a short walk to their homes.

The dynamic city life of Ringsted, along with the train station, is conveniently located approximately 900 meters from Sønderpark. Additionally, this housing section employs its own caretaker and provides access to a spacious, well-maintained communal laundry facility.

Those living within Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have the opportunity to reach out to the Community Guides, who offer assistance in identifying local groups and activities matching individual interests and needs, especially those in proximity to one's residence.
