On Grønnevej in central Tørring, several single-story terraced houses and detached villas at numbers 1 and 10 through 22 are nestled within a peaceful residential neighborhood that has existed since 1960. The vicinity includes the quaint village of Ølholm, situated about 4 kilometers from Tørring. While daily shopping is generally conducted in Tørring, the bus stop is within walking distance of the homes. Ølholm provides access to daycare centers, a sports club, and a school located roughly 200 meters from the residences. To the north lies a scenic natural area called Kæret, offering opportunities for leisure near the Gudenå River and surrounding countryside. Major motorways are approximately 2 kilometers away, and the city of Vejle is situated about 12 kilometers from the village.
