Starting from August 1st, 2026, a room within a three-bedroom apartment located in Sydhavn (Flydedokken) will be available for rent. The entire living space measures 103 m², and the specific room offered spans about 9 m².

The apartment includes an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, a single bathroom, and a balcony. Residents can enjoy an attractive sea view as well as direct access to a small park featuring a workout area right outside the building.
