Starting from February 1st, a room is available for rent on an open-ended lease term, and I am looking for a roommate to take over.

The apartment spans 91 square meters and is situated roughly 800 meters from Valby Station. The room itself measures 12 square meters and is offered at a monthly rent of 5,322 DKK, which includes heating costs (not furnished). Upon moving in, the first month's rent, one month's prepaid rent, along with a security deposit of 8,000 DKK, must be paid.

My hope is to share this living space with someone who values creating a quiet environment where we can both unwind from our daily routines. I am seeking a roommate who values meaningful connection over frequent socializing and appreciates a comfortable pace for each individual.

While I appreciate occasional conversations and direct communication when we meet in the common areas, I believe it is important to respect personal space and not expect daily interactions. Maintaining mutual consideration and cleanliness in our shared living is something I consider essential for a positive cohabitation.

Currently, I am a student, so I am interested in a roommate who is either studying or working and is around the same age group, roughly 25 years old or older.
