I am looking for a female roommate to take over a room starting from June 1st, with no fixed end date for the rental.

The apartment measures 91 square meters and is located approximately 800 meters from Valby Station. The room available is 12 square meters and is rented out at 5,322 DKK per month, which includes prepaid heating costs. The room is unfurnished. Upon moving in, the first month's rent, one month's rent in advance, and a deposit of 10,000 DKK are required.

My hope for a shared living situation is that we can create a calm environment together, offering each other space to unwind after daily routines. I am searching for someone who, like me, values meaningful presence over frequent social interactions and appreciates moving at their own pace.

As a roommate, I like the idea of occasionally meeting to have an open and respectful conversation, while still honoring personal space within the shared areas, without the expectation of daily check-ins. If we can agree on maintaining consideration and cleanliness in our everyday interactions, I believe this would form a solid foundation for cohabitation.

Currently, I am a student and would prefer to live with someone who is either studying or working and is around the same age group (25 years and above). Another important detail is that there is a maltipoo puppy in the apartment, who is very affectionate and loves being around people.
