The housing complex comprises nine separate buildings located in the heart of Gram. Within the housing association, there is a communal hall situated on Højmarken, which residents can rent for private parties or other events.

Torvegade features a total of twelve apartments housed in a well-maintained two-story building positioned centrally in the town of Gram. Access to the ground and first floors is provided via staircases. Additional shared amenities within the complex include a laundry room, drying facilities, a bicycle cellar, garages, and a communal antenna system. The building enjoys a remarkable view overlooking an extensive green area.

Gram is situated approximately 22 kilometers from Ribe. The town offers a school, after-school care, public transportation options, and shopping facilities. At the center of Gram, the Culture House can be found, which hosts various sports facilities, bowling lanes, and an outdoor swimming pool. Residents also benefit from excellent opportunities for walking, including paths leading to Gram Castle, its picturesque castle park, and the Gram stream.

The community of residents consists of a diverse mix of people, fostering a strong sense of neighborhood camaraderie. Maintenance of the green spaces and minor repairs inside the homes are handled by the property caretaker. Additionally, an appointed inspector oversees the ongoing upkeep of the entire housing complex.

A board has been elected to manage the complex’s affairs. During the annual meeting attended by all residents, decisions regarding the operation of the housing department, including rent and other related matters, are collectively determined.
