Brande Boligforening is composed of two distinct housing departments. Department 1 encompasses residences located on Blichersvej and Torvegade, while Department 2 includes homes on Ørbækvej 13-19, Mosevænget 2-16, Mosevænget 18A-H and 19-38, as well as properties at Nørremarken and Kløvermarken. All of these homes are situated in the heart of Brande, offering convenient access to extensive shopping options, a variety of cultural amenities, and the attractive pedestrian street lined with numerous shops. Additionally, residents have access to a banquet hall on Mosevænget, which can be rented for private social gatherings.

The dwellings on Torvegade are arranged across three floors and feature utilized attic space. These apartments retain a rustic charm, characterized by planed plank floors and paneled doors. Certain units benefit from balconies, and there is an elevator available in stairwell 15. The entire community can enjoy a charming shared garden area. Meanwhile, the apartment complex on Blichersvej underwent significant renovations between 2013 and 2014. Artistic elements, including murals on gables and sculptures, enhance several parts of the town and the pedestrian area, complemented by detailed paving and lighting designs.

The resident population is diverse, comprising young people, families, and older adults. Decisions regarding the management of the housing departments and rental matters are determined collectively by the residents at an annual meeting open to all tenants.

Residents have the flexibility to personalize their living spaces, though any modifications must be submitted for approval beforehand. Upon moving out, tenants may receive compensation for improvements they have personally financed.

Maintenance responsibilities include the housing estate's caretaker, who manages the upkeep of the green areas and attends to minor repairs within individual units. A facilities manager is also employed to oversee ongoing maintenance across the property.
