Residents have the convenience of parking their vehicles in designated parking lots nearby, from where they can walk directly to their apartments.

The housing department employs its own property caretaker and features a large, well-equipped communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, numerous community groups and networks exist, welcoming residents of the housing association to become involved.

As a tenant of Ringsted Almene Boligselskab, one can always reach out to the Community Guides. They provide assistance in identifying available communities that suit individual interests and needs, as well as those located near one’s residence. Tenants are encouraged to send a text message or call the Community Guides if they seek advice or support regarding starting a new activity or community group.
