We are searching for a third housemate for our Rooftop - a 145 m² penthouse apartment in Carlsberg Byen that features a large west-facing roof terrace with evening sun and a home where people are welcome to get to know one another. The available room is 11 m², unfurnished, and has a direct terrace door out onto the roof terrace. Inside the room there is a built-in HTH wardrobe with wire baskets and a ceiling lamp. The terrace itself measures 27 m² and is used for everything from morning coffee and sunbathing to grilling, plants, wine and cozy summer evenings.

Practical details: 7.000 kr./md. Rent. 2 months' deposit. CPR/address possible. Flexible move-in - the main priority is finding the right match. Included are electricity, water, heating, internet, weekly professional cleaning and shared basic household items. No smoking or pets. The building has an elevator, bike parking and easy package reception.

You will live with Mikkel and Kristine, who have lived together for three years. Mikkel is 32 and runs a software company. Kristine is 29, is starting a master's degree in psychology and works alongside that with travel assistance. The communal area is the natural gathering spot of the apartment, with a living room, kitchen island and dining area; it's not a party collective, but it's not an anonymous flatshare either - there is room for quiet evenings, guests, wine on the terrace and a closed door. We are looking for an independent, tidy and communicative roommate who is in a similar life phase to us: someone with their own life who nevertheless wants to be part of the home. You will share the bathroom with Kristine, each of you having your own drawer and shelf, and the washing column is shared between the three of us.
