A spacious room in my apartment located in the vibrant center of Nørrebro is available for rent starting from February 1st. The flat will be shared with only myself, a 34-year-old female psychotherapist who leads a fairly busy lifestyle. I tend to be quiet and easygoing, and I am seeking a tenant with a similar disposition.

Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dining area, stove, and oven, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. The apartment enjoys an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, close to various bars and lively venues, and only four minutes on foot from Nørrebro Runddel metro station alongside bus lines 5C and 350S.

The ideal tenant would be a single individual aged between 30 and 40, who maintains cleanliness in the shared areas, does not smoke, and drinks very little or not at all. Having a full-time job or similar commitment is preferred. It is essential that no parties or social gatherings are hosted within the flat, as maintaining a quiet and peaceful home environment is a top priority for me. While I am a private person and generally reserved, mutual respect and kindness in the shared common areas are expected.

Should we find that we are a good match, the rental agreement will initially be for a period of three to six months, with the possibility of extension for those seeking a longer-term stay. The rent includes all utility bills and internet access, and CPR registration is permitted. Once an agreement is reached, a contract will be signed, accompanied by a prepaid rent deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
