A spacious room within my apartment located in central Nørrebro will be available for rent starting February 1st.

I consider myself a calm and easygoing individual and seek a tenant with a similar disposition. The apartment will be shared only between the two of us.

Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, stove, and oven, as well as access to a washing machine and a bathroom with toilet facilities.

The apartment enjoys a prime location, just a two-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, close to numerous bars and vibrant local entertainment. It is also situated four minutes on foot from Nørrebro Runddel metro station and served by the 5C and 350S bus lines.

Ideal tenants would be quiet individuals aged between 30 and 40, who maintain cleanliness in the shared spaces, are single (no couples), have full-time employment or similar commitments, and absolutely do not host parties or social gatherings at home, as this is a strict rule.

The living environment is intended as a peaceful retreat where one can relax quietly. I am a private person and may not be very social, but mutual respect and kindness are expected in sharing the communal areas.

Should we get along well, the initial agreement will be for a period of three to six months, with the possibility of extension for those seeking a longer stay.

The monthly rent covers all expenses, including bills and internet, and CPR registration is permitted. Upon agreement, a contract will be signed and the first month's rent prepaid.

The room can be rented fully furnished as shown in the photos or unfurnished, depending on preference.
