Dagmar Kollegiet offers accommodation specifically designed for students and young people under the age of 28 who are currently pursuing their education. The goal of this residence is to provide a supportive living environment in Ribe and its surrounding areas, where residents can both engage socially and focus on their studies within a safe and community-minded setting.

The housing complex comprises a total of 30 units, consisting of 26 single-room apartments and 4 two-room apartments. Each apartment includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and two hotplates for cooking. These units are situated on Hegelundsvej in the Tange district, right in the heart of Ribe. Ribe itself is known for its historic charm, featuring a cozy atmosphere with shops and cafés. The location benefits from its proximity to the old seminary building, convenient public transportation options, nearby shopping facilities, and excellent sports amenities.

Regarding upkeep, the property caretaker is responsible for maintaining the landscaped areas as well as cleaning walkways, staircases, and other common spaces. He also handles minor repairs within the apartments. Upon moving in, each apartment is freshly painted. Additionally, a property inspector is tasked with overseeing the ongoing maintenance of the entire housing complex.
