The complex comprises 26 student apartments constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, there is a communal hall available for rental as well as a laundry facility.

Located in a single-story building in the center of Bramming, these accommodations are ideally suited for young students. The train station lies just 600 meters away, with the town center only 200 meters from the property.

The housing options include one- and two-room rental units designed with students in mind. Each apartment is outfitted with a refrigerator, stove, and extractor hood. If the unit has provisions for a dishwasher, washing machine, or tumble dryer, tenants are welcome to connect their own appliances. However, any installations requiring more than just a connection must receive written approval from the housing association and are at the tenant’s expense. Water usage costs are covered by the rent. The apartments are equipped with outlets for cable television and internet connections, enabling residents to select providers based on preferred channels, internet speed, and pricing. A small shared terrace can be found at Nørregade 19.

This housing project particularly caters to young students. Decisions concerning the department’s management, rent, and related matters are made annually at a meeting attended by all residents.

Maintenance of the green spaces and minor in-unit repairs are handled by an on-site property caretaker. Additionally, an inspector is assigned to oversee the continuous upkeep of the entire complex.

This property is part of a general housing association, therefore the danish rules for such applies.
