A new tenant is wanted to take over a spacious 16-square-meter room from either June 1st or July 1st, as the current occupant has accepted an offer for their own apartment and will be moving out. The apartment is located on Vigerslevvej in the Valby district, an area that offers convenient access to essential amenities.

The monthly rent amounts to 5,500 DKK, which includes water, heating, and internet services. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. It should be noted that hosting parties in the apartment is not permitted. The neighborhood is primarily composed of families, couples, and students.

The rented room provides access to a large kitchen and a bathroom, as well as shared amenities such as a washing machine within the apartment.

A bit about me: I am in my thirties, working full-time as a sales representative while also studying to become a driving instructor. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and skateboarding. Since I am often away due to work, studies, and exam preparations, I am seldom home; however, I like cooking dinner or relaxing together occasionally.

I consider myself a calm and tidy individual and am looking for a tenant who respects the house rules. It is important that we get along well and both feel comfortable and safe in our shared living space.
