I am looking to rent out a room to a considerate, quiet, and easygoing male tenant who is responsible for cleaning up after himself and can reliably pay rent on time.

The accommodation is a peaceful and well-kept home that provides a comfortable atmosphere. Located in a tranquil neighborhood of Copenhagen, the house is nestled within the heart of a park.

The tenant will share the kitchen as well as a recently refurbished bathroom, where a personal cabinet for toiletries is available for individual use.

Preference is given to someone who leaves the home during the day for work or studies. Working from home is not an option. Commuters are also welcome.
