Located in the Hedensted municipality, the Tørring Department 54 offers lovely family homes situated conveniently close to both urban amenities and natural surroundings. On Grønnevej, there is a mixture of single-story terraced houses and detached villas established since 1960 in a calm residential neighborhood in central Tørring. Odd-numbered properties benefit from lovely green outdoor areas. Tenants are responsible for paying for the basic TV package through the landlord. The department also manages 10 garages available for rent by waiting list. All residents may rent a well-maintained communal hall on Rosavej, approximately one kilometer from Grønnevej.

On Askevej, Hybenvej, and Kingosvej, tenants may keep one dog or one cat pending approval.

Detached villas and terraced houses in the department are located across Uldum, Ølholm, and Rask Mølle, each with private garden access and favorable locations within these active towns. For cultural activities and larger urban centers, the motorway network connects conveniently to Horsens, Vejle, and Herning. These single-story houses offer tenants the option to rent community rooms on Rosavej in Tørring and Hybenvej in Rask Mølle for private occasions. Up to two pets—dogs or cats—can be kept in this department upon application, excluding certain breeds specified in the house rules.

Regarding the surrounding area, these homes are situated in the heart of Rask Mølle, only 200 meters from daily grocery shopping and the nearest bus stop. The town has a local school serving grades 0 through 9, nearby daycares, sports and shooting clubs, two sports halls, and a fitness center.
