The room features a built-in bed measuring 140 by 200 cm at one end, designed specifically due to space constraints that prevent placing a standard box mattress lengthwise. Additionally, there is a wall-mounted desk measuring 50 by 100 cm, which can be removed if desired to accommodate other arrangements.

Rent is set at 4500 DKK per month, exclusive of a deposit equal to three months' rent. Both tenant and landlord have the option to terminate the lease with a one-month notice, effective from the first day of the following month. Shared access to the kitchen and bathroom facilities is part of the rental agreement.
