The complex comprises 26 student apartments constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, there is a communal hall available for rental as well as a laundry facility for residents.

Situated within a single-story development in the heart of Bramming, these accommodations are ideally suited for young scholars. They are positioned approximately 600 meters from the train station and just 200 meters from the town center.

The housing units consist of one- and two-room rental apartments specifically designed for students. Each apartment includes essential kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, and extractor hood. Should the apartment be equipped for a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, tenants are welcome to connect these appliances themselves. However, any installation that requires more than simple hooking up of such devices must receive prior written approval from the housing association and will be at the tenant’s own expense. Water consumption costs are incorporated into the rent.

Cabling for both television and internet is pre-installed, allowing tenants to contact service providers to select preferred TV channels, internet speed, and pricing. Residents at Nørregade 19 have access to a small shared terrace.

This residential area is especially intended for young students. During the annual meeting attended by all tenants, all decisions related to the operation of the complex and rent adjustments are made collectively.

Tenants are free to personalize their apartments as they wish. Should improvements be made, it is possible to receive reimbursement up to 100,000 DKK upon moving out.
