Looking for a roommate for a new apartment on Frederiksberg.

Seeking a calm and easygoing roommate to share a comfortable apartment located in Frederiksberg, just a ten-minute walk from CBS.

About me: I am currently a full-time student at KEA Copenhagen, focusing on economics and IT. Outside of class, I spend several evenings each week at the gym (around 3-4 times) and work part-time as a data analyst for approximately 15-20 hours weekly. Weekends are often spent unwinding by my computer or watching cycling events on television.

I appreciate the balance between enjoying occasional shared meals or light conversations about our days while maintaining respect for personal privacy and space for both of us. Hosting friends in the living room is allowed from time to time, provided you give me a few days' notice so I can adjust my plans accordingly. Overall, I prefer the apartment environment to remain peaceful and low-key.

The available room comes furnished but does not include an office chair or desktop computer. If you already own these, it's ideal; otherwise, I can arrange for them. The apartment itself is modern, constructed in 2020, and features elevator access. We benefit from ultra-fast internet with speeds up to 1000/1000 Mbps.

The rent of 7500 DKK covers all expenses, including heating, water, electricity, internet, household essentials such as toilet paper, oil, spices, kitchen rolls, bed linens, towels, and more. Additionally, CPR registration is an option.
