Fårup and Højagerkollegiet - student housing close to educational institutions and with good opportunities for communal activities. The residences on Ringvejen/Højagerkollegiet include fixed cupboards in each unit. Some kitchens are separate while others are open-plan; all have white Svane kitchen units and come equipped with a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood and a stove. The two-room units, however, feature four separate hotplates and a tabletop oven. The shower bathroom is finished with brown floor tiles and wall covering on the walls. There are storage sheds available for everyone; some tenants have a private shed while others share one.

The two dormitory sections consist of single-storey terraced houses. Fårupkollegiet is constructed in red brick and was built in 1996 and 2000, respectively, and is situated in the southern part of Jelling. Højagerkollegiet was taken into use in 1984 and is located in the western part of Jelling. Both collegia offer a communal room that can be rented at very reasonable prices and each has a shared laundry. Attractive outdoor common areas are frequently in use for social activities such as barbecues or bonfires, and there is a beach-volleyball court at Højagerkollegiet. Both collegia maintain a well-developed social community and use social media for communication. An agreement with Jelling Radio & TV means that, for a small fee, a modem for internet connection can be issued. The accommodations are not specifically designed for disabled access, but if you are a wheelchair user a solution will be found.

Keeping pets is not allowed in the one-room apartments. Both collegia are located not far from University College Lillebælt; the bus or train provides easy connections to Vejle. Jelling town offers cafés, specialty shops and Byens Hus with music events, a cinema and a library. Nearby amenities also include Fårup Sø, a golf course and pleasant green areas.
