The housing complex comprises 26 units designed specifically for young residents, constructed between 1986 and 1990. Within the premises, tenants have access to a communal banquet hall available for rental, as well as an on-site laundry facility.

Situated in a single-story building situated in the heart of Bramming, these apartments offer an ideal living environment for students. The train station lies approximately 600 meters away, while the town center is only 200 meters from the site.

The rental units include both one- and two-room apartments tailored to the needs of young learners. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and range hood. Should the tenant wish to install a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, they are permitted to connect these appliances themselves if the plumbing and electrical setups are prepared accordingly. Any installation requiring more than a simple connection must receive written approval from the housing association and will be at the tenant’s own expense. The water utility costs are incorporated into the monthly rent. Connections for cable television and internet are pre-installed, allowing tenants to select providers and service packages, including channel options and internet speeds, independently. Additionally, a small shared terrace is available at Nørregade for residents’ use.

The building primarily caters to young students, and the management of the complex is conducted by the residents themselves. Annual meetings held among all occupants determine operational matters such as maintenance and rent levels. Tenants have full freedom to personalize their apartments, and improvements made to the property may qualify for reimbursement up to 100,000 DKK upon moving out. The property caretaker is responsible for the upkeep of the green areas and minor repairs within the apartments. Furthermore, an inspector is assigned to oversee ongoing maintenance throughout the residential complex.
