The room and living area of 35 m² will be available from May 1st, 2025, with the rental period running from May 3rd to August 10th, 2026. Shared areas include a spacious kitchen equipped with a dining table and sofa, as well as a large balcony facing south, approximately 10 m² in size. This balcony receives sunlight from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM during the peak summer months. Additionally, there is access to a bathroom and living room.

Altogether, the combined living and shared spaces total 50 m². The apartment comes fully furnished, and the monthly rent of 8,500 DKK covers all expenses such as water, heating, and internet.
