Starting from June 1st, if you are interested in settling in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood near Greve Beach, do not own a car, and strictly do not smoke, I would be happy to get in touch with you. The accommodation is shared among a small group of four tenants, including yourself, who share a kitchen and bathroom, with cleaning duties rotated on a schedule.

We primarily seek expats, aged between 30 and 55, who are working or studying and prefer a calm environment from approximately 10 PM to 6 AM, while also enjoying some social interaction. The room has been recently renovated and comes equipped with a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable elevation bed topped with a mattress, ready for TV casting with Netflix included. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is provided along with essentials such as soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, kitchen towels, and bed linens. You will have access to a patio directly outside your room and the opportunity to use the barbecue and the surrounding green garden area. Currently, there is no parking available as the property does not accommodate cars, and nearby parking options are limited.

The location offers convenient proximity to the beach, train station, Greve Shopping Center, and a public swimming pool. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk or bike ride, you will find Pure Gym fitness centers, green spaces with paths for walking or running, as well as a variety of restaurants and take-away options. We prefer tenants who can commit to a minimum stay of one year, with the possibility to extend, due to the presence of other long-term residents. A formal contract will be drawn up, and you will be able to register for a CPR number at the address. The monthly rent is 11,600 DKK, payable in advance for the first and last month upon booking.
