Since my current tenant will be moving out, I am looking for someone new to take over her room for a limited period starting from June 1st, with the possibility to extend the lease. The room is located in a centrally situated apartment on the fourth floor in Frederiksberg, close to public transportation including the metro and bus, as well as supermarkets like Rema 1000 and Netto, CBS University, and Frederiksberg Center. It is just a three-minute walk to Forum metro station and a five-minute bike ride to Rådhuspladsen. The building features a spacious courtyard ideal for relaxing on warm summer evenings, with facilities to park your bicycle both inside and outside.

The monthly rent is 4000 DKK and covers water, heating, and internet. Additionally, a deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required, along with a 300 DKK fee for keys.

Please be aware that the apartment does not have a bathroom for bathing as the shower is situated in a separate room behind my bedroom. Therefore, I am seeking a tenant who can manage bathing elsewhere, such as at a gym, workplace, or similar facilities.

I am renting out a single room which includes shared access to the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and access to the toilet.

I am looking for a tenant who respects and understands the house rules. A reasonable level of cleanliness and responsibility toward maintaining tidy common areas is expected. It is essential that we get along well so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable in the home.
