Residents of the complex have full authority over decisions concerning the management and rent of the area, determined annually at a meeting involving all tenants. Tenants enjoy the freedom to personalize their living spaces as they wish; additionally, improvements made to the property can qualify for a reimbursement of up to DKK 100,000 upon move-out.
