We are primarily looking for somebody who can stay in the apartment for at least a year or longer. The private room measures 10m2 and comes unfurnished. You will also be able to use the shared spaces, which include a spacious balcony, and you'll have your own shelf in the fridge, etc. The rent is 5.640 dkk per month, with utilities and internet included. On moving in you will pay a deposit of 10.361 dkk and one month of prepaid rent (5.050 dkk).

The flat is 114m2 and located on Amager, positioned roughly midway between the Lergravsparken and Øresund metro stations, both an easy 8-10 minute walk away. The beach is very close - about a 5-10 minute walk - and there are two supermarkets (Kvickly and 365discount) as well as a PureGym fitness center conveniently near the apartment. You'll share the place with Ida (32), a Danish game writer, Jaime (31), a Spanish game designer, and Caroline (33), a Swedish platform manager - so don't be afraid to be a nerd! We enjoy chatting in the kitchen and having a movie night together now and then, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.
