I am subletting a spacious 16m² room with a balcony in my 3-room apartment, which measures 80 m2 in total. The room has shared access to the apartment's kitchen and bathroom, and there are washing facilities in the basement that require payment. Overnight guests and smoking in the room are not permitted. The apartment is located 500 meter from amagerbro st.( metro).

Rent: 4500. Utilities (el, vand, internet, indboforsikring) 500 kr., in total 5000 kr. per month. A bit about me: I am a quiet and calm man originally from Ethiopia, and I have lived in Dk for many years. I value my privacy, prefer tranquil surroundings and often enjoy my own company where I can relax and be myself. I am not the most outgoing person in the room, but I appreciate small, intimate moments and spend time on things that bring me peace and joy. I live alone, work full time at postnord and have an interest in spirituality and nature.
