A room is available for rent in my apartment located in Vanløse. The monthly rent is 3,100 DKK, with an additional 400 DKK paid in advance to cover heating and electricity costs. Internet access is included. Tenants have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine. You are welcome to use my kitchenware and any items I have in the kitchen.

The property is conveniently situated just five minutes from the metro and train stations, with several bus lines stopping right outside the door. The room itself faces a hallway that connects to the kitchen, bathroom, and the main entrance. It comes fully furnished, but you also have the option to bring your own furniture if you prefer.

Having rented out rooms for many years, I am quite experienced in this arrangement. I consider myself a calm and quiet individual. Preference will be given to female tenants. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and as a non-smoker myself, I maintain a smoke-free environment. The room will be available for move-in at the end of February.
