A room is available for rent in my apartment located in Vanløse, priced at 3,100 DKK per month, with an additional 400 DKK for estimated heating and electricity costs. The rental includes internet access, as well as shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine. You are welcome to use my kitchenware and all other items provided in the kitchen.

The apartment is conveniently situated just five minutes from metro and train stations, and multiple bus lines have stops directly outside the building. The room itself faces a hallway that provides access to both the kitchen and the bathroom, including the front door. It comes fully furnished, but you have the option to bring your own furniture or belongings if you prefer.

I have been renting out rooms for many years, so this is not new to me, and I consider myself a quiet and calm person. The preferred tenant is female. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, as I am a non-smoker myself. The room will be available for move-in at the end of February.
