Washing machines are included in all apartments. This development is also located near both a care center and the town center. Similar to Bakkehegnet/Grønland, these homes are assigned according to need through the municipal committee and are not available via the waiting list.

Storegade consists of a two-story apartment complex equipped with an elevator. Residents can install their own washing machines, and there is a shared laundry facility in the basement that also provides ample storage rooms. Some of the ground-floor apartments have small gardens, and the property includes a communal green area. The buildings are centrally positioned in the town, close to Posthavecentret. Allocation for these apartments is not done through a waiting list but is based on the assessment of the municipal allocation committee.

The housing at Valmuevej/Cikorievej features 28 single-story terraced houses, each with a small garden and space for a personal washing machine. The area boasts pleasant communal green spaces furnished with table and bench sets. Located centrally, it takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot to reach the town center. Apartments on Cikorievej can be applied for through the standard waiting list process, whereas those on Valmuevej are allocated depending on need by the municipal committee.

Violskrænten/Grønland includes 10 residences situated on both the ground and first floors, each with its own entrance and a washing machine installed. Shared outdoor areas equipped with table and bench sets are available. This section lies close to the town center. As with several other areas, these homes are assigned based on assessed need via the municipal allocation committee and are not accessible via the waiting list.

At Sønderport 6B-K, a centrally located apartment building contains eight units spread across the first and second floors, serviced by an elevator. While there is no balcony, the building features a walkway facing northwest. Preparations have been made for residents to install their own washing machines. Allocation of these apartments is managed by the municipal committee according to need rather than through a waiting list.

Havnevej 128B-P consists of a 14-apartment building. Ground-floor units have direct access to green outdoor spaces, and those on the first floor include enclosed balconies. An elevator is available for residents. Like the other locations, these apartments are assigned following need-based criteria through the municipal committee, not the waiting list.
