A total of 144 apartments will receive refurbishments while retaining their current layouts. The existing balconies will be integrated into the living area, and new balconies will be added with access from the living rooms. These renovated apartments will be equipped with new kitchens and bathrooms and will consist of two-, three-, four-, and five-room units.
