A spacious room is now available within a large, traditional Copenhagen mansion apartment characterized by lofty stucco ceilings and offering views of the City Hall Tower as well as Tivoli Gardens, situated centrally in Copenhagen. This well-organized shared flat, which requires CPR registration, includes a generously sized kitchen, a large and comfortable bathroom, two separate toilets, a washing machine, internet access, and other amenities.

The apartment can accommodate between five and six residents, and the currently available room measures 16 square meters, with occupancy starting from March 1. The monthly rent is DKK 6,500, and the room can be rented either partially or fully furnished. All costs cover general water, heating, and electricity usage. Prospective tenants are encouraged to provide a brief introduction about themselves, preferably accompanied by a photo, and to share any unique preferences, needs, or unusual hobbies-the more unconventional, the better.

Residents include a diverse international mix, welcoming non-Danish speakers and foreigners alike. English is commonly spoken as the default language, and there is no strict age restriction.
