This compact studio includes a private kitchen and bathroom and is offered at DKK 8,800 per month. The length of the tenancy is agreed with the landlord and documented in the lease. Move-in costs include a security deposit equal to three months’ rent, plus the first month’s rent and one month’s rent paid in advance. The flat is reserved for students: applicants must be actively enrolled or accepted into an approved study program. Applicants listed in the RKI credit register are not eligible. Pets are not permitted. The building has an elevator and on-site parking, with the option to apply for a parking permit.
