Hi, I'm looking for the right person to sublet a room in my 3-room apartment (72 sq m) in Østerbro.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with a beautiful green view of Hellerup, quite quiet, green and safe surroundings, very close to the beach and Fælledparken. It's only a 3-minute walk to SVANEMØLLEN ST, there are transport options around the clock. :-) by bus and train 10 minutes to the main station.
There is a cozy courtyard where you can grill, and you can park your bike.
My apartment has EVERYTHING, nothing is missing, the room is furnished, but everything can be removed if you have your own things, I'm very flexible.
A must is: good atmosphere between us :-), you must be between 20 and 47, no children, no smoking, no pets

You can move in as soon as the contract is signed, I am open to offering rentals for long or short periods, just ask :-)
