The Krohaven development comprises a total of 32 units, including 28 family residences and 4 youth apartments. Situated in Brenderup, the neighborhood benefits from a pleasant environment with close access to natural surroundings, shopping facilities, and public transportation. The housing consists of single-story terraced houses, each featuring its own private garden.

The community is diverse in terms of resident demographics, although the Knorreløkken area predominantly houses older adults. All matters regarding the management and rent of the department are decided upon at an annual residents' meeting, where everyone in the development participates.

Residents are free to personalize their homes as they wish. If improvements are made to the property, tenants may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to 100,000 DKK upon moving out.
