Dagmar Kollegiet is intended for residents who are under 28 years old and currently in education. The aim is straightforward: to provide a living environment for young people studying in Ribe and the surrounding area where they can develop themselves while also having room for reflection within safe, community-strengthening surroundings. The coliving complex comprises a total of 30 youth or student apartments: 26 of these are one-room units and the remaining 4 are two-room units. Every apartment includes its own bathroom and a trinette kitchenette equipped with a sink, a refrigerator and two hotplates. The residences are located on Hegelundsvej in the Tange area, centrally in the town of Ribe. Ribe itself is a charming, historic cultural town with a cosy retail and café environment. The department is also well situated by the old seminary and lies close to public transport, shopping facilities and good sports amenities. Please note that the photographs are not necessarily of the specific available apartment; they are examples from the dormitory.

The property's custodian is responsible for maintaining the green areas and for cleaning walkways, corridors and staircases, etc., and he also handles minor repairs inside the apartments. Apartments are freshly painted at move-in. In addition, an inspector is attached to the property to oversee the ongoing maintenance of the complex.

This property is part of a general housing association, therefore the danish rules for such applies.
