A room is available for sublet in my bright, well-kept 4-room apartment measuring 90 m² located centrally in Hillerød. Although you will have access to and use of the whole flat in practice, the formal rental agreement is written for a single room for administrative and legal reasons; one of the rooms will remain locked and used by the landlord for storage. During the sublet period you will have free disposition of the remainder of the residence. I am arranging this sublet because I am planning to move in with my partner and want to avoid paying double rent.

The apartment itself is 90 m² with four rooms and sits in a central Hillerød location with good shopping options close by. It has a balcony and good parking possibilities nearby, as well as a bike cellar. There is access to a laundry basement equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Transport to Hillerød Station is straightforward either by bus or by a short bike ride. The unit is offered partly furnished: many pieces of furniture will remain in the flat, but some of the items shown in the photos will be taken along by the owner; crockery and kitchen utensils can be agreed upon separately.

Practical terms: Rent: 7.500 kr./md + Forbrug 500 kr./md. Deposit: 2 months' rent. Lease period: 6 months. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
