Studio of about 50 m² located on Lyngbyvej in Copenhagen Ø. Monthly rent: DKK 9,200. Lease length is flexible and will be fixed when the contract is signed. On move-in you must pay a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent, plus the first month’s rent and one month’s prepaid rent. There is an annual charge of DKK 240 for the resident representation.

The unit is offered as youth/student housing and sits in a building with an elevator. It includes its own bathroom and a compact kitchen equipped with standard appliances. The tenancy also comes with a private basement storage room, access to a shared roof terrace and a communal laundry room in the basement. Bicycle storage is available; underground car parking can be rented for an additional fee. Pets are not permitted. Applicants listed in RKI (the credit blacklist) cannot be accepted.

The neighbourhood offers several nearby green areas — including Fælledparken, Emdrup Lake and Ryvangens Nature Park — and Lyngbyvej itself combines residential stretches with shops and local services, so everyday errands can be handled close by.
